A good paint job is the difference between a villa that feels freshly built and one that quietly shows its age.

On the coast that gap shows up fast. Salt in the air, humidity and strong sun crack ordinary paint, lift facades and leave damp shadows on interior walls. The answer is not more coats of the wrong paint, it is the right system for each surface.

We paint villas across Ibiza from start to finish, indoors and out. Our own painters handle the preparation, the protection of your floors and furniture, the finish and the clean up. One team in your home, one person to talk to, and a result that still looks right several seasons later.

Decorative finishes: Venetian stucco, microcement and lime paint

Decorative finishes: Venetian stucco, microcement and lime paint

We match the coating to the surface and to how the room is used, never the other way around.

  • Breathable mineral and lime paints that let old stone and rendered walls release moisture
  • Venetian stucco and polished plaster for living rooms, halls and feature walls
  • Microcement on walls, floors and wet rooms for a seamless, contemporary look
  • Anti salt and anti carbonation coatings for facades exposed to the sea
  • Two component epoxy and waterproofing paints for bathrooms, terraces and high traffic areas
  • Low odour, low VOC interior paints, kinder to the home and to the people in it

FAQ

Villa painting in Ibiza: your questions answered

Why does paint fail so quickly near the sea?
Salt in the air and strong UV break ordinary paint down and lift it off facades. We use breathable, salt resistant systems made for coastal exposure, which is why a proper finish lasts far longer than a quick repaint.
Can you paint the facade without scaffolding?
No. On Ibiza villas we always work facades from certified scaffolding. It is safer, it gives a more even result and it lets us prepare the surface properly before any paint goes on.
What is the difference between microcement and Venetian stucco?
Both give a seamless, handmade look. Venetian stucco is a polished lime finish with depth and a soft sheen, ideal for walls. Microcement is a cement based coating you can also use on floors and in bathrooms, with a more matt, contemporary feel.
How long before we can use the rooms again?
With low odour paints most interior rooms are usable the same day or the next. Decorative finishes and lacquer work need a little longer to cure, so we plan the order of the rooms to keep the house livable throughout.
Can you manage the work if I am not on the island?
Yes. Many of our clients live abroad. We agree the scope and colours up front and keep you posted with photos and messages, so the work is finished and checked before you arrive.
